I provide professional services in the fields of Full-Stack SEO Engineering, Website Strategy, and Website Development (“Services”). The specific details, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project will be outlined in a separate, written Client Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. The information and content on this Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a formal offer of service.

4. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

All fees for Services will be governed by the individual Client Agreement or SOW. Payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be added to the invoice as required by law.  

Details regarding payment schedules, late fees, and refund policies will be specified in the Client Agreement. General information on the website regarding pricing is indicative and subject to change without notice.

5. Confidentiality

Any information shared by a client with Me in the course of a professional engagement (“Confidential Information”) will be treated with the strictest confidence. I will not disclose, divulge, or use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than to perform the Services as outlined in the Client Agreement, except as required by law. This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of any agreement.  

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Website and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

No Guarantee of Results: While I strive to provide the highest quality of service, I make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from My SEO or other digital marketing services. Search engine algorithms, market conditions, and other factors are beyond My control. Any testimonials or case studies on this Website are illustrative and not a guarantee of future results.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ujjwal Ganesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.  

My total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to My Services shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.  

Termination of professional services will be governed by the terms specified in the individual Client Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of My Website or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, India.  

9. Independent Contractor Status

The relationship between you (as a client) and Me is that of an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms or any Client Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. I am not an employee of the client and am solely responsible for My own taxes, insurance, and other business expenses.  

10. Severability and Changes

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

I reserve the right, at My sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. I will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms.
