SEO and AI training for teams

Teach your team to do the work themselves, on your own website, with the AI tools they already use.

When I led a 70-person SEO team, I trained 400+ new hires. This is the same hands-on approach, built for your team.

This is for you if

  • Your team does SEO from a checklist and doesn't know why each item matters.
  • People use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, but the output is generic and nobody checks it.
  • You'd rather build the skill in-house than pay an agency indefinitely.
  • New hires need grounding in SEO, analytics and how AI search works.
  • Your developers ship changes that quietly break SEO.

What can be covered

Pick the topics your team needs.

  1. How search works now

Google, AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT and Gemini, and what each needs from a website.

  2. Search Console and GA4

Reading the data that matters, and tracking enquiries properly.

  3. Planning pages

Buyer questions, topic plans, briefs, and one page for each need.

  4. Writing and editing with AI

Prompts, fact-checking, adding first-hand experience, and what not to automate.

  5. Technical SEO for developers

Redirects, indexing, structured data, speed, and a checklist before each release.

  6. Migrations

Planning a redesign or domain move without losing traffic.

  7. Conversion basics

The C.O.N.V.E.R.T. method applied to your own pages.

Every session uses your website and your data. Your team keeps the exercises, checklists and prompt library.

Formats

  • A workshopOnline, or in person in Patna.
  • A short seriesOne topic per session, with practice on your site between them.
  • Ongoing coachingA regular session to review the team's work and answer what came up.

How it works

  1. A call with the team lead

What the team does now, and where it gets stuck.

  2. A short skills check

So the sessions start at the right level.

  3. The sessions

Built on your website and data.

  4. A follow-up session

To review what the team has done since.

What I won't do

  • Teach from generic slides. Every exercise uses your site.
  • Promise that AI will replace your writers. It makes good people faster, and careless people faster too.
  • Hand out prompt packs as a substitute for judgement.

Questions

Who should attend?

Marketing, content and web teams. Developers join the technical topic. Managers get a shorter session on what to measure.

How many people?

Workshops work best with up to 15 people. Larger groups are split.

Online or in person?

Both. Online sessions run on Google Meet or Zoom, in Indian Standard Time, and can fit UK and European mornings.

Which AI tools do you cover?

The ones your team already uses: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google's own tools. The method matters more than the tool.
